OUR STORY & PHILOSOPHY

We collect scrap aluminum and aluminum cans in our community and turn them into high quality desert-themed art. We sell cholla and gila sculptures, made entirely from recycled aluminum. We turn cans and other waste straight from trash into casting, in order to prevent the negative environmental impacts of alloying with metals which consume large volumes of energy in processing. In the United States, 50% of cans will never be recycled, and each ounce of aluminum recycled saves 95% of total energy required in processing. We work hard to improve the environment, and make amazing art in the process. Since our creation in 2018, we have recycled over one ton of aluminum.

Cans recycled making our products

last updated 9/15/20

Last year, around 900,000 tons of waste enter the environment from aluminum cans alone. We provide an outlet for the community where cans and other aluminum waste can be recycled rather than disposed or removed from circulation.
